Dear Brozier Family, I cant imagine your pain in losing such a great person. I am thankful to have known Phil as not only a teammate, camp roommate, and workout partner, but as a friend. We had some good times in the "Vibe Lounge". Marsha, of all his racing wins, he always told me that marrying you was the best thing he ever accomplished. He felt lucky that somehow he was able to make you fall in love with him. Laura & Chaz, There is nothing quite like a fathers love for his daughter. He was very lucky to have you, and the gift of letting him be a proud grandfather. Jeff, Somehow your Dad was able to bring you into the conversation in every bike ride. It was a joy to see the pride he had in you. God Bless You

Dear Marsha & Family, Please accept my sincere sympathy. I met Phil while working at Packard. He was great to work with and fun to be around. I really enjoyed his story he shared with me, about his hunting adventure with the "black bear". I was privileged to have met him. Sincerely Jerry "Cheeze" Chizmar
