Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge for Philip Brozier who passed away at Trumbull Memorial Hospital Sunday morning. Philip was born June 16, 1953 in Lakewood a son of the late Philip A. and Florence (Braught) Brozier. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge. Phil retired in 2007 after 23 years of service as a machine repairman at Delphi. He served in the Marine Corps Reserves. Phil was a seven time Golden Gloves Champion, and an avid cyclist and runner. He participated in several bicycling clubs. He had an active interest in his children’s lives and was a loving husband who will be sadly missed by his wife, the former Marsha Baker, whom he married August 26, 1978; two children: Laura Brozier of Stow and Jeff Brozier of Denver, CO; one grandson Chaz Brozier and one brother Robert (Kim) Brozier of Mentor. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge, 3654 State Route 46, Mineral Ridge, OH 44440 in Phil’s name. Friends may call from 4 PM until 8 PM Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel and from 10 AM until 11 AM Thursday prior to services at the church.
